• o TMD System (RCS8) – Piloted the implementation of the TMD System (RCS8) with full integration with SAP.

• o E-Invoice Platform – Facilitated the introduction of E-Invoice Platform with full integration with SAP as required by Tax Authority.

• o Commercial Practices – Champion ongoing process of innovation and sharing with other entities with new commercial systems and practices from within BAT or other FMCG companies.

• o Automation – Drive simplification and automation of processes and procedures affecting marketing finance.

Advisor to management to ensure balanced risk and control with continual review of internal controls navigators and risk register, plus investigations that resulted in recommended action plans to ensure appropriate balance of risk and control within the organization.

⬧ Risk Management – Proactive in ensuring new business processes have appropriate controls, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, are fully embedded with the Process Improvement Plan.
