At Cosy, I held the position of communications manager where I had the opportunity to work on the brand's entire communication strategy, both online and offline.

Specifically, I was responsible for content creation (social media posts, newsletters, brochures, sales materials...) always adapting the tone according to the target audience. I also implemented a clear and structured editorial calendar to ensure a regular and consistent presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in our newsletters.

I also created numerous visuals for social media and print materials (flyers, posters, etc.), respecting the brand's graphic charter and universe. On the community management side, I managed the daily engagement of the accounts (publication, moderation, interactions with the community) and regularly analyzed performance to adjust our content and improve our results.

Finally, I conducted competitive and industry monitoring, which allowed me to always stay ahead in our communications. I also participated in the organization of certain events to strengthen our local visibility.
