About Yasmine

Deployment and Growth of Public Digital Services

I contribute to the launch and deployment of digital services in the public sector, alongside public organizations and technology companies.

I primarily work on growth, partnerships, and large-scale deployment issues, particularly for GovTech projects and digital products intended for administrations, local authorities, and major public operators.

I have participated in the launch and dissemination of several public digital services, structuring their deployment strategy, institutional partnerships, and adoption mechanisms.

I intervene in particular on:

deployment strategy for a digital product or service
structuring public partnerships
development of stakeholder ecosystems

    PUBLIC SECTOR
    October 2025 - Today (10 months)
    Paris, France
Mon Logement Étudiant is a public digital service that facilitates student access to housing by centralizing social housing offers from landlords and residence managers.

As a deployment manager, I develop the network of partners who list their housing on the platform. I identify and contact social landlords and managers, organize presentation meetings, and support teams in integrating their data.

I also contribute to structuring the service's deployment strategy: improving data integration tools, monitoring partner adoption, and coordinating with the product team to evolve the platform based on field needs.

    Paris, France

Aides Jeunes is a public digital service that helps young people aged 16 to 30 identify the aid they are eligible for through an online simulator.

As a deployment manager, I develop the use of the service in various regions. I forge partnerships with local authorities and structures to disseminate the simulator and facilitate its adoption by professionals who support young people.

I notably contributed to implementing human support at the end of the simulation, through partnerships with CCAS (Centers for Social Action) and with RDV Service Public, to help young people take action after identifying their rights.

I also manage the deployment of the simulator's iframe on numerous local authority websites and assist these stakeholders in contributing new aid to the simulator via our contribution tool.

The service is experiencing steady growth, with between 65,000 and 115,000 completed simulations each month in 2025, and an annual progression of approximately 20%.

AIDES JEUNES - beta.gouv.fr

Reviewed on 2/19/2025

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Yasmine on the Aides Jeunes simulator for the 1jeune1solution platform. She was already working on the product as a deployment manager when I arrived, and she explained the history of her mission very well. Yasmine is very professional and efficient, and she perfectly managed the multiple tasks assigned to her: contributing to the improvement and development of the product, supporting partners and users, communicating about the simulator, etc. Thank you Yasmine for your daily commitment and enthusiasm!
