The project involves the centralization, processing, exploitation, and provision of SI data within a single platform for business users, to ensure insurance management.

Tasks performed

BA PART

• Participation in agile ceremonies (Daily meetings, business workshops, sprint demos...).• Conducting business workshops.• Gathering and analyzing business needs.• Writing user stories in Jira.• Participation in planning, estimation, and task prioritization activities.• Documenting work performed and communicating on progress.• Writing detailed functional and technical specifications in Confluence.• Participation in the BA chapter and implementation of recommendations from the Delivery Excellence team.• Responding to development team questions.

TEST PART

• Design and development of test plans and execution in X-RAY.• Construction of test strategies and plans.• Acceptance testing and validation of developments using SQL queries.• Conducting exchange sessions with data engineers during acceptance testing.• Execution of test cases.• Writing acceptance reports.• Management and monitoring of anomaly workflows.• Delivery of developments to business users.

Datalab Support

• Monitoring of data loading and processing in production.• Communication to users.• Bug fixing.

PROJECT CONTEXT: Hotel Performance Intelligence.

The project involves monitoring hotel performance in all areas: payment performance, hotel content scorecards, wellness, etc., exploiting and enriching this data to improve hotel operational performance against competitors.

Tasks performed

BA PART

• Participation in various business workshops for requirements gathering and analysis.• Collaborating with the Product Owner to understand the product vision and translate user needs into functional specifications.• Participation in various agile ceremonies: sprint demos and retrospective sessions to gather feedback and continuously improve development processes.• Writing user stories in collaboration with the PO.• Participation in the estimation of various tasks.• Organizing training sessions and support for end-users of reporting dashboards and writing user guides.

TEST PART

• Analysis and understanding of mappings.• Design and development of test plans and execution in X-RAY.• Data set preparation.• Conducting exchange sessions with data engineers during acceptance testing.• Programming SQL queries for designed test cases.• Execution of test cases.• Management and monitoring of anomaly workflows.• Writing acceptance reports (PV de recette).• Performing data integration tests in Snowflake from Datahub (end-to-end testing).

Datahub is an internal tool within the Accor Data group that allows receiving files from various data providers and transferring them to Snowflake or servers as needed by users.

Tasks performed

BA PART

• Participation in architecture meetings to better define the project scope.• Participating in sprint planning, setting objectives, and defining acceptance criteria.• Participation in agile ceremonies.• Writing user stories in collaboration with the PO.• Participation in the estimation of various tasks.• Training and support for end-users of Datahub.

TEST PART

• Developing the test strategy for the impacted functional scope.• Design and development of test cases, test plans, and execution in X-RAY.• Execution of test cases.• Performing end-to-end tests for the Exposure/Ingestion model: from file loading into the Input bucket to reaching the destination (Snowflake or server).• Performing regression tests when new features are added.• Management and monitoring of anomaly workflows.• Writing acceptance reports (PV de recette).
