I assisted hundreds of accounting firms in migrating at least a portion of their client portfolio to Pennylane. Changing accounting production tools is no small feat. It requires ensuring stable data migration, changing ingrained habits and routines, and finally, and most importantly, training on a brand new software.

The "Trainers" team (Accounting Trainers) was responsible for supporting and training accounting firms that chose to switch to Pennylane.

Before training:

- Gather, identify, and analyze training needs

- Design and execute a training plan, preparing necessary materials

- Work closely with the Project Manager in charge of the account

During training:

- Facilitate a group (30+ people) by imparting software knowledge to enable users to acquire and update their skills

- Understand learner requests and rephrase their needs

- Demonstrate adaptability and pedagogical skills

After training:

- Follow up on the training plan

- Provide users with a questionnaire to collect their feedback

- Evaluate trained individuals (and thus the success rate of my module)

- Adjust training content based on collected feedback

- Transmit all necessary information to the Project Manager so they can follow the client long-term.
