Challenge — At this scale (16,000 users, over 10,000 SharePoint sites), the risk is not implementation but drift: complex incidents, loss of administrative consistency, difficulty maintaining compliance, and degraded user experience. The challenge was to maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing environment while evolving it.

Solution Provided — I provided Level 3 support for complex technical incidents to ensure minimal downtime and managed several optimization and scaling projects for collaborative tools. In parallel, I applied and enforced M365 / SharePoint administration best practices (compliance, security) across the group and conducted regular audits to maintain system integrity and reliability.

Challenge — The bank wanted to structure its internal collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) without falling into the trap of 'all Teams,' which creates documentary disorder and compliance blind spots—a critical risk in a regulated financial environment subject to data sovereignty.

Solution Provided — Instead of validating the default approach, I proposed a hybrid architecture: SharePoint libraries structured by metadata, custom templates, and documented governance rules. I built a matrix of use cases by department (secure document management, information sharing, project coordination) to align each business need with the right M365 capability, and facilitated workshops with department heads and IT management to validate decisions.

Duration — 4 months (Sept. – Dec. 2024).

Deliverables / Impact — Use case matrix by department, documented target architecture, governance framework, and contribution to the inter-departmental collaboration roadmap with adoption and performance indicators. Result: A decided and justified M365 target, not an imposed configuration—directly usable by internal teams.

Challenge — Several organizations (medical practices, SMEs) needed reliable and secure remote access to their business applications—particularly sensitive medical software—without burdening their existing hardware or exposing their data. The traditional workstation was no longer sufficient: need for mobility, security, and cost control.

Solution Provided — I designed and deployed Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructures tailored to the actual needs: virtualized workstations, secure remote access, centralized identity and access management. On the web side, I studied and deployed a multi-tier infrastructure on Azure to host a business application in a scalable and secure manner. In each case: needs assessment → target architecture design → deployment → commissioning.
