I designed and executed a comprehensive operational ecosystem in Notion for Sendero Esencial, optimizing Dr. Dinia Porras's management. The solution centralized the creation of a new project involving other companies (hotel and travel agency), sales tracking, and strategic planning within an interconnected data architecture. I implemented automations and executive dashboards that transformed information chaos into actionable metrics (KPIs). As a result, we achieved maximized operational efficiency, enabling real scaling in client volume and total visibility over revenue. This project was not just digital organization, but the construction of the business's growth engine.

I developed as an assistant to the Commercial Manager, with responsibilities such as agenda management, social media management, communication with the internal team and clients, and report generation.

I had the opportunity to support the company as a strategic consultant, providing support and management of compliance protocols, and coaching the team in personal and interdepartmental organization.

I covered for the Commercial Manager during her maternity leave (pre and post-natal period).
