Four main responsibilities are shaping the role exposed to a broad range of investment solutions, assets and stakeholders:

1. Management of the Middle tasks of the Asset Management Company by interacting:

- internally with Head of the Middle Office, Portfolio managers, Risk Manager and Legal Officer of the Company

- externally with Administrators, Valuation Agents, Trustees, Transfert Agents, Counterparties and Custodians

2. Trades activity:

- reconciliation and validation of the trades booked by the Front Office (OTC/market). Trades are composed of multi asset (Equities, Fixed Income, Forex, Commodities) and derivatives (from vanilla option/swap to complex derivatives)

- Instruction of the trades to the custodians (back office)

- Monitoring trades settlement

- Reconciliation of the funds positions booked in the Front Office Tool of the Company and the position booked within the custodian.

- Accounting reconciliation between the Fund Net Asset Value computed by the Administrator and the Front Office Tool

- Collateral Management

3. Reporting activity:

- Reporting of the Asset Management Company activity (Asset under Management, monitoring of the subscription/redemption, management and administrative fees) with VBA

- Reporting production/validation (performance factsheet or bespoke reporting) with VBA

4. Development and streamline of the middle office framework:

- process definition and review

- IT infrastructure (design assistance/testing/implementation).

- Control of Net Asset Values (NAV) for funds and mandates: reconciliation of positions, consistency check of performance, fee control. Validation or rejection of NAV for each fund calculated by accountants.

- Transaction accounting,

- Reconciliation of securities and cash transactions in portfolios

- Reconciliation of securities positions and cash balance of portfolios

- Suspense management

- Processing of margin calls related to positions held with counterparties

- Processing of initial margin and variation margin with the clearing house.

Cash management of a portfolio by buying/selling units of money market funds to cover the portfolio against an overdraft and against excess ratios of money market funds.

- Management of foreign exchange operations on the assets and liabilities of portfolios: currency hedging for funds and mandates.

- Processing of securities operations (sending instructions).

- EMIR control on over-the-counter transactions.

- Management of VBA requests for reporting models.

- Automation of report processing and models used for sending fax instructions with VBA Excel.

- Regular communication with front office, back office, custodians, data management team, internal control, counterparties, and accountants.

- Processing of reconciliation operations for notifications sent by custodians and Reuters.

- Reconciliation of securities and cash positions with those of the custodian and management.

- Management of early and partial redemptions with or without nominal value reduction of bonds - Management of accounting movements (cash and securities) related to portfolios.

- Payment of coupons (dividends / interest).

- Analysis of market transactions initiated by the front office.

- Reconciliation of securities and cash transactions on portfolios, management of suspense items via Excel VBA macros.

- Establishment of an analysis and summary of operations for the relevant managers.
