Yaor Guy Barhum

My name is Yaor. I am a therapist specializing in restorative yoga, shiatsu, yoga therapy, and qi-gong. For over 15 years, I have been helping people achieve better physical, emotional, and mental balance. I trained in Europe, India, and Israel, where I deepened my understanding of various approaches to healing and well-being.

My approach is holistic: it connects the body, mind, and emotions to help each individual find balance, stability, and inner energy. Having personally suffered from back pain for many years, I developed a natural and personalized method focused on relieving back, shoulder, and neck pain, as well as reconnecting with one's inner strength.

In 2023, I founded 'Yaor Shiatsu Yoga Therapy,' a space dedicated to healing, rest, and rejuvenation. Here, I offer individual shiatsu and yoga therapy sessions, as well as wellness workshops and retreats including:

restorative yoga and qi-gong

meditation and mindfulness

psycho-yoga and emotional support

dietary advice inspired by Chinese medicine

personalized treatments and individual support

The center is located in an exceptional natural setting, between the Pyrenees, the Montagne Noire, and the Corbières, 1 hour from the sea and 2 hours from Spain.

The place offers an apartment with a jacuzzi, private access to two rivers nearby, and a vast natural terrain of 2 hectares. It is a calm and soothing space, ideal for resting, reconnecting with oneself, and regaining energy.

I also place great importance on hospitality and sharing. During stays and retreats, I prepare generous cuisine inspired by world flavors, offering a complete experience of well-being, conviviality, and rejuvenation.
