    Climate change is no longer a fiction.

    The consequences are already visible, but behaviors are not changing fast enough. Why? Because the imaginary around the ecological transition is not engaging enough. Punitive and guilt-inducing approaches do not work, nor do moral and spiritual injunctions.

    For some, the ecological transition means moving into a world of degrowth with several repellent scenarios: choose between the Amish, the ZAD, or Mad Max.

    What's wrong?
    The ecological transition fails to tell stories that generate interest and emotion.

    With the right story, a company can present its CSR issues clearly and comprehensibly, seriously, sometimes playfully, but never boringly.

    I also have a conviction: a positive discourse is necessary when it comes to ecological transition.

    Being positive is not glossing over things. It's not being naive either. It's showing your stakeholders that you are striving towards an ideal to reduce the impact of your activity on the planet and improve the lot of those who work with you.

    This ideal is your guiding thread, your compass that directs all your decisions.

    You show what you do, what you stand for, why you fight and what you fight against. What you hope for, what you refuse. You reveal your vision.

    It's not about working on abstract ideas since you rely on concrete achievements that allow a shift from a polluting development model to a sustainable and circular model.

    Everything you do well to transform your business model, you must tell it. Even if it's not enough. Even if tomorrow, you will do better.
