It allows employers to allocate a flexible budget to employees, who can then use it in various categories such as meal vouchers, gift vouchers, and more. Management is simplified and compliant with URSSAF regulations, with automatic reimbursement to users' bank accounts.

My mission at May is:

✅ Recruit the best technical team

✅ Develop the product from A to Z

✅ Scale from 0 to +100 client companies

✅ Distribute €5,000,000 in purchasing power to employees

But also:

‣ Responsibility for the company's technical direction

‣ Collaboration with the management team to understand strategic objectives and develop technological strategies aligned with the project's mission and vision

‣ Assessment of platform security risks and implementation of rigorous protocols to protect user data (rights and permissions, VPN, sensitive data encryption, HTTPS, Cloudflare Bot Management)

‣ Implementation of monitoring and reporting tools to measure and optimize platform performance (Sentry, Datadog, Firebase)

‣ Search for technological partnerships to integrate new features into the platform and ensure continuous innovation (Bridge, Stripe, Memobank)
