I work on all types of buildings todiagnose, secure, rehabilitate, maintain, and enhance heritage, integratingregulatory, technical, environmental, and societal dimensions. My strength: a global approach, from technical audit to maintenance strategy, including support for compliance, work planning, and team training. Certified PEMD diagnostician, I integrate the waste management dimension into all projects, from diagnosis to SOGED, including defining a circular economy strategy in processes and projects.

I also have expertise inoperational process modeling, organization, and P&L (operation, maintenance, GER & GTM), particularly in the industry and mobility sectors. I therefore act as anexpert in service design, responding to tenders, and writing tender documents with monitoring of competitive tendering procedures and the execution of works and service contracts.
