Context: Implementation of image processing algorithms on video streams.

Tasks performed:

- Implementation of vehicle recognition algorithms to establish an average density of road traffic in a city. (POC followed by production deployment)

- Implementation of object or surface segmentation algorithms to detect and alert in case of floods. (POC in partnership with NASA)

- Implementation of a vehicle counting system to adapt traffic light management in order to reduce road traffic congestion. (POC followed by production deployment)

- Industrialization of an image processing system:

○ Creation of a media server that allows retrieving video streams from several hundred cameras in near real-time.

○ Implementation of object segmentation and recognition algorithms on hundreds of cameras in near real-time or dozens in real-time.

○ Implementation of an alert system (stopped object, poorly positioned camera, etc.).

○ Implementation of solution monitoring.

○ Creation of a continuous deployment pipeline for the solution.

- Conducting training and teaching on the subject of data science in partnership with the organization Orsys.

- Client support on data analysis issues, design of predictive models.
