Under the CPO of Scaleway, I contributed to building the product culture from scratch. I structured and developed the IaaS team, defined the product vision and strategy, and established a product culture with solid best practices.

I created the product organization at 6WIND and built the product portfolio from scratch. After 10 years in project mode based on source code, 6WIND decided to create a binary product offering to conquer new markets (enterprises and operators).

> Structured the product organization and **launched 3 innovative products in 6 months**: Turbo Router, Turbo IPsec, and Virtual Accelerator.

> Trained marketing and sales teams spread across the globe (USA, Europe, APAC).
