Deleev is a player in the foodtech industry, developing and operating several brands and platforms (websites and Android & iOS apps): labellevie.com, frichti.co, frichtimarket.com, bamcourses.com.

I joined Deleev to design, develop, and maintain the logistics applications that orchestrate the entire process from order to delivery.

During my experience, I carried out the following tasks:

- Creation of a complete logistics application

- Development and improvement of the Core and backend APIs

- Debugging and optimization of existing applications

- Development of new backend features (Core/API)

- Intervention on Vue.js frontends for business applications

- Collaboration with product and operational teams to ensure reliability and performance

Technical context: Python (Django / Django REST Framework), Vue.js, SQL / NoSQL, API Integration, CI/CD, Git, Agile Scrum/Kanban methods

Ontiime is a startup in the accounting sector, publisher of the eponymous SaaS.

The tool allows to:

- track customer outstanding payments

- facilitate payments to avoid delays.

The team consisted of 2 to 6 people.

I joined Ontiime as the first developer to participate in the creation of the SaaS (MVP and version 1).

During the first 6 months, I performed the following tasks:

- Breakdown of objectives and definition of the roadmap

- UML data modeling

- Development of components based on Figma system design

- Frontend development with React (+ TypeScript)

- Backend development with Node.js, Express (+ TypeScript)

- Development of a private API

- Database creation with MongoDB (cloud Atlas)

- Continuous deployment CI/CD (Github action, AWS, Railway, Vercel)

During the last 11 months:

- Recruitment of 3 freelancers (writing job ads, conducting interviews and tests) + Onboarding

- Management of the development team

- Definition of features with the CEO

- Task planning on the roadmap

- Frontend and backend code reviews

- Development of the open API

- Integration of PSP via Powens API

- Integration of mailing solutions via Mailjet API

Natch is a digital communication agency specializing in the music, cultural, and event sectors.

The company has supported over 50 artists, labels, festivals, and venues over the past 8 years.

I supported Natch in the development of its CRM and digital marketing module.

These products allow them to have a competitive offering with an average of 3000 monthly uses.

The team consisted of 5 people.

During 7 months, I performed the following tasks:

- Product definition with the agency

- Recruitment of 2 freelancers (writing job ads, conducting interviews and tests) + Onboarding
