VEOLIA Sanitation & Maintenance – assigned by the national perimeter €900M turnover / legal entities / 200+ profit centers:

• - Lead, simplification, and refinement of the 2024 & 2025 budgetary processes (redesign of Google Workspace templates, regional budget meetings, P&L consolidation and bridge, SAGE integration, group synthesis).

• - Strategic Smart Pricing project (€600M turnover / 180+ profit centers / +5% target EBITDA, with Oliver Wyman): multi-activity cost modeling deployed across 6 regional financial services, co-construction of the specifications for a national digital pricing tool, acceptance testing, and training for 400+ users.

• - Modeling of deficit activity costs (site restructuring recommendations); audit of closing reliability in transitioning management centers.

• - Contribution (18 months) to the structuring of a regional management control department undergoing transformation.

Part-time financial and management control direction – 6 clients (SMEs, firms, fashion/luxury retail group): management accounting, monthly income statements, business reviews, cost of goods sold, pricing strategy, budget preparation, cash flow plan, centralization of decision-making reporting (Power BI).

Permanent contract: management of 5 controllers; commercial and operational performance dashboards; management accounting for acquired entities and cost of goods sold; monthly closings, management reviews, leading the budgetary exercise; national intrapreneurial project; deployment of business/purchasing IT tools. : Operational management control (€43M turnover / 3 entities / 10 sites); monthly closings; business reviews; reporting & KPIs; budget preparation; deployment of processes in operations; commercial and HR management control.
