• Contribution to the structuring of the innovation department to strengthen the bank's strategic positioning as a preferred partner for Scaleups in the Web3 and Fintech sector

• Deployment of a Club Deal by Delubac in close collaboration with internal business units (Private Banking, BDE, CIB), capitalizing on existing synergies to accelerate fundraising for client companies

• Strategic development of 10 key partnerships with influential networks of Business Angels, incubators, and major accelerators, affirming Delubac's role as a key player in the Web3 ecosystem

• Management of deal flow (~200 files analyzed) and coordination of entrepreneur presentations to our investors (~50 projects)

• Execution of the due diligence process for projects attracting the interest of our Business Angels (~15 Data rooms), 9 investments made by our network with an average ticket of €200K

• Creation and administrative management of SPVs (filing of articles of association, capital increase) within the framework of 2 co-investments

• Design of an Excel/VBA tool automating the network's investment tracking table and the presentation of our investors according to various adjustable criteria (average ticket, recurrence…)

• Establishment of partnerships with new accelerators and incubators

• Meeting with entrepreneurs to assess their financial needs and project, creation and presentation of 7 pipeline entry notes to my management, leading to the Letter of Intent and the launch of the due diligence process.

• Execution of 3 direct and indirect investments (Equity/Subordinated Loan/OC) in various structures such as SAS and associations, with an average investment amount of €300K

• Active participation and facilitation of several events, such as VivaTech, EdTech France, Salon des Maires, aimed at promoting the investment offering of Banque des Territoires

• Participation and Jury in the selection of entrepreneurs for the Fighters program of Station F and the Place de l'Émergence organized by France Active, which grants subsidies of up to €10,000 for high-impact structures

• Establishment of partnerships between Banque des Territoires and Impact France and the Antropia incubator aimed at developing KPIs and raising awareness among entrepreneurs creating impact projects
