In order to improve the daily lives of branch managers, LCL is deploying an artificial intelligence called Socle LCLIRE. This AI will be responsible for analyzing documents sent by customers, whether individuals or professionals. Its role will be to identify the different types of documents and extract the relevant information contained therein.

CACIB: Business Analyst Optimall | Since March 2022 (Ongoing)

Context: The Optimall program is a web portal that aims to facilitate exchanges between bankers and their clients on various business topics (KYC, Loans, Deposits, Reporting...)

- Contribution to the definition of the product vision and Backlog management

- Identification of user needs in collaboration with the business

- Conducting demos with top management

- Writing user stories

- Functional testing

Context: As part of the digitalization of Carrefour Banque products, the group decided to improve the customer experience in order to meet market requirements.

Project and TMA management of the ''Carrefour-banque customer area'' (WEB & DIGITAL)

- Analysis of business management rules to acquire in-depth knowledge of the subscription process to the ''Carte Pass''

- Resolution of customer incidents in collaboration with the IT team.

- Monitoring of developments, participation in sprint planning and technical design with the development team and business experts

- Participation in design meetings to estimate the different business requests

- Writing User stories and validation of deliverables
