Responsible for the monitoring and infrastructure of all web applications hosted on Platform.sh, I implemented a centralized system providing real-time visibility on deployed versions (PHP, Node, MariaDB, Redis, Varnish...) as well as the status of Composer dependencies, with automated update simulations. I also integrated global tracking of repositories and Pull Requests via Azure DevOps to improve the management of work in progress and the quality of deliveries.

I led the complete migration from GitLab to Azure DevOps and standardized projects using a Dockerfile + Makefile structure, facilitating local environments and CI/CD automation. I ensured the consistency and stability of development and testing environments while optimizing resources to improve overall performance.

As technical lead for Knauf Belgium, I supervised all applications and websites (including KnaufPro and several business platforms), from requirements analysis to production deployment. I developed KnaufPro to replace two existing solutions, integrating JWT authentication, advanced role management, multi-language support, MailChimp integrations, and internal APIs via GraphQL.

For the Parliament, I designed a third-party service that reduced synchronization time from nearly a day to 7 minutes, while improving real-time data access, in close collaboration with the business teams.

In a multi-tenant context, I developed and integrated several features on a Laravel framework, primarily API-oriented.

I designed and delivered a GraphQL POC to generalize the API across models.

I also prototyped nested API responses to optimize data exchange.

Approach focused on performance, contractual clarity, and product evolution.

The complete solution was entrusted to me with significant technical debt and an uncontrolled infrastructure budget.

I designed and implemented a complete migration to optimize the control of the application and its costs.

In parallel, I set up a monitoring system based on Prometheus and Grafana, allowing supervision of the entire application and anticipation of incidents.

I also managed the tracking of functional evolutions and the resolution of anomalies to ensure the stability and performance of the system.
