Manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the best level of service to users of the applications (10 or so) under my responsibility:

• Develop and manage the budget (€5 million on average per year)

Functional scope: Creation of the migration engine (ETL - technical integration platform) / Progressive deployment – 20 migrations carried out in parallel within a reduced timeframe / Historical data archiving (DMS) / Change management

Key figures: Project duration - 24 months / 600 users / Multiple sites (around 20) / FTEs - 4000 person-days / Several thousand loan files migrated

Functional scope: Evolution of the CRM (individual customer) with the integration of new electricity and Gas offers / Integration of new customer journeys / Transformation of the IS managing technical flows
