Product Owner DevOps for IT service monitoring products at EDF.

My objective: reduce low-value tasks to improve operational performance, ensure 99.95% availability, under regulatory constraints.

When I was younger, I worked in the field, for consulting firms and independent practices. I was able to measure how precious their time was, and how much default tools consumed it without any benefit. Originally a technician, then a Product Owner, currently pursuing an engineering degree (ISTP, Mines School, graduating 2027). My practice: analyze before building, measure before deciding, acknowledge uncertainties rather than hide them.

In the evenings and on weekends, I support freelancers and SMEs with the same operational logic: identify what consumes time without producing value, design reliable automation, and make you autonomous with the delivered solution.

Method: a first 30-minute exchange focused on listening to your context. I then evaluate the automation opportunity, its cost, and the expected gain. If the analysis does not show sufficient gain, I will tell you. I design, I deploy, I train, I document. The delivered solution aims for your autonomy without leaving you alone: it remains lightly monitored to allow for quick diagnosis in case of anomalies.

Areas: repetitive task automation, workflows between tools, AI integration assessment (local if confidentiality is required), structuring data into knowledge bases and dashboards.

Targets: regulated professions for which confidentiality is non-negotiable, freelancers and SMEs wishing to gain productivity while limiting external dependency.
