Because an application project, there's nothing more complex.

It's necessary to meet a whole host of requirements (in terms of user experience, design, marketing...), with an ever-shrinking deadline and budget.

And one can often fall into the pitfall of code created without structure, which quickly becomes unmaintainable and too long to correct / improve.

But the opposite is not better: a project that one wants to do too well, too thought out in advance, ends up becoming too expensive or never coming to fruition.

In both cases, we are heading for failure.

So how to deliver a quality product without wasting too much time on it?

It is on this balance that I work with my clients, using simple and effective methods that are not solely based on technique.

Because solutions don't come from integrating the latest trendy technology, but from taking the time to understand its challenges, to have a global vision both from a technical point of view (mobile, back-end, front-end, infra) and from a functional point of view (design, UX, marketing...).

This is why I like to touch on everything in a project and have developed diversified skills in these areas, which allow me to propose the simplest solutions to implement to solve a problem. Why spend days developing when sometimes a simple phone call can solve the problem?

This way, we save time, money, and can move forward serenely in the project, without unnecessary stress.
