Certified RNCP professional coach, mental trainer, and leader for over fifteen years, I support leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and CIOs facing demanding environments, high mental load, or significant transition periods.
Fifteen years at the head of a company gave me something no certification can replace: a concrete understanding of what a leader experiences when pressure mounts, decisions become heavier, and perspective gradually disappears.
Most people I coach do not lack skills. What accumulates, often in silence, is mental fatigue, decision-making doubt, relational tension, imposter syndrome, or the feeling of constantly operating under pressure.
My approach combines executive coaching, mental training, leadership, and applied neuroscience.
The CAP CONFIANCE program structures part of this support around three axes: clarity, regulation, and action.
We specifically work on:
leadership posture, stress management, decision-making, self-confidence, managerial communication, and the balance between sustainable performance and personal stability.
For certain profiles, I also offer more strategic support, in the role of a confidential executive right-hand man: a space for perspective, structuring, and support in important decisions.
I conduct sessions via video or in person in Nantes, Angers, and throughout France.
