    Onyo is an immersive art studio that designs immersive experiences on living issues. Within the studio, I am responsible for:

    Production of immersive experiences (technology + innovation + design): conception and production of immersive experiences across Europe, combining storytelling, scenography, spatialized sound, lighting, and interactivity.
    Scope: art direction and conception, writing and design, fundraising, production schedule management, budgeting, coordination of creative teams, from conception to implementation.
    Results: several immersive experiences created, over 60,000 visitors, NPS > 95%, budgets managed from 5,000 to 100,000 euros.

    Deployment and management of LBE (Location-Based Entertainment) for the brand - launch of paid immersive pop-up venues for the general public.
    Scope: partnerships with host venues, public journey design, operator team coordination, financial management, artistic design and direction, marketing partner management, continuous improvement of LBE formats.
    Results: over 4 pop-ups launched, average ticket price: 12 €, Google rating: 4.9/5.

    Distribution strategy and partnerships: development of targeted distribution strategies and partnerships with festivals, local authorities, agencies, and impact-focused brands.
    Scope: tailor-made distribution strategies for all formats (culture, events, CSR...), calls for proposals, negotiation with institutions and sponsors (agencies, brands, foundations), market research and competitive intelligence, design of sales catalogs and showrooms.
