Teréga is a company operating in the energy sector, particularly in gas transport and storage in the Southwest of France.

As an infrastructure, cloud, network, and security consultant, I had the pleasure of supporting Teréga's commercial business unit for 2 years and 8 months on the following topics:

- Defining a vision for the transformation of a monolithic and outdated commercial IS through hybridization, data liberation, and modular structuring of business application components.

- Developing solutions, architectural proposals, and processes to support the transformation vision.

- Challenging the existing system to improve SLAs, enable more relevant Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans, and enhance the fluidity and efficiency of Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO).

- Defining and supporting teams in implementing a dedicated AWS organization for the Commercial IS, notably around a Hub and Spoke architecture.

- Leading architecture validation committees and challenging proposals with the internal architect team and the heads of various IS departments.

- Supporting Product Owner and developer teams in defining architectural patterns, best practices, and migrating their applications to the target architecture.

- Leading workshops with application partners to define technical connection solutions.

Gekko is a service company founded in 2015 that helps businesses migrate, transform, or expand their application portfolio to the AWS Cloud.

ODIGO: Formerly Prosodie, Odigo, then a subsidiary of Capgemini, wanted to develop the new version of its call center application in the AWS Cloud. This was a significant opportunity for Gekko: to support a major player in the Contact Center industry in its Cloud transformation by providing business teams with AWS Cloud expertise.

AIRBUS HELICOPTERS: Airbus Helicopters is a manufacturer of helicopters for civil and military use. It is in the military context that my expertise was sought: AH was preparing the renewal of the French Armed Forces' helicopter fleet and, as such, wanted to offer the Ministry of Defense a hosting solution for flight and maintenance management applications in deployed, base, and operational contexts.

BETCLIC: A leader in sports betting, on the eve of Euro 2020, Betclic experienced a failure during the migration of a 100% serverless application module to AWS and had to perform an emergency rollback. In this context, I was called upon to conduct a technical, financial, and organizational audit.

SMCP: A ready-to-wear player, the SMCP group primarily generates its revenue through physical stores and was severely impacted by the health measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, SMCP sought to reduce and rationalize its IT costs. I took over this need at the opportunity stage, organized workshops with SMCP's CTO, directed the technical solution towards a complete migration of assets to AWS, and established an international AWS architecture.
