• Complete navigation and operations without a connection (creation/modification of interventions, photo taking, signatures)

• Bidirectional synchronization with conflict management and automatic retries after network interruption

• Persistent request queue ensuring zero loss of field data

→ Developed a business calendar component from scratch (day/week/month views, drag & drop) as existing packages were unsuitable due to intervention scheduling constraints

→ Implemented a unit testing strategy (Mocktail) achieving 80% coverage

→ Configured Codemagic CI/CD pipelines for build/deployment automation

→ Used Claude for internal flow automation and code writing assistance

→ Design system managed with Widgetbook

→ Led the migration from Provider/Bloc to Riverpod, improving code maintainability and testability

→ Developed the Yper Deals module (Dealabs-type promo code system): dynamic display, code attribution, and tracking

→ Implemented real-time GPS tracking of shoppers at each delivery stage, enabling dispute resolution

→ Prototyped a merchant back-office in Flutter Web (POC not retained for production)

→ Mentored 2 junior developers on Flutter best practices and Riverpod architecture

→ Maintained and optimized iOS/Android apps (25k active users, +200k downloads)

Welco is a platform for neighbor-to-neighbor parcel pickup with 55,000 relay points, partnering with UPS, Relais Colis, Mondial Relay, Cdiscount, and La Redoute.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

→ Took over and completely restructured the Flutter application (legacy code without architecture): implemented Cubit, separated responsibilities, complete refactoring

→ Redesigned the UI/UX of the application in collaboration with the designer

→ Implemented CI/CD from scratch (GitLab CI + Fastlane) for build and deployment automation

→ Developed key features: referral system, advanced search filters (status, customer, etc.)

→ Contributed to full-stack development for the first 6 months (Angular, React, gRPC/MongoDB microservices) before specializing in mobile

→ Wrote technical documentation and mentored the team on best practices
