I design and develop digital products end-to-end: SaaS, web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, and MVPs.
Many projects start with a list of features. I prefer to start with a simpler question: are customers already willing to pay for the solution?
It's generally more profitable to sell an imperfect product to real customers than to spend six months perfecting a product that no one will buy.
I don't just develop what I'm asked for. My role is also to help transform a sometimes vague idea into a coherent, feasible, and relevant product.
For example, a client might come with:
"I would like to develop a matchmaking application."
From there:
- Who are the two types of users?
- How to create enough value to attract early adopters?
- How to handle the chicken-and-egg problem?
- What is the real value proposition?
- How to prevent fraud? Is KYC needed?
- Mobile app, website, or both?
- How to monetize the service?
- What is the smallest MVP capable of validating the idea?
I intervene mainly on:

→ Defining the MVP, technical choices, and feature prioritization
→ Developing SaaS, web, and mobile applications
→ Technical architecture, cloud, and deployment
→ Application security and reliability
→ Optimizing user experience and conversion
