Odun Arts is a company specializing in frames and interior accessories. It started as a side business in 2018 and transformed into a success story with tens of thousands of customers across Mexico, hundreds of designed products, and a team of passionate individuals. Throughout this project, I was involved in various areas that allowed me to broaden my knowledge and skills beyond my fields of study.

Ibushak is a Mexican company with a 360 eCommerce solution that raised several million dollars in 2019 to accelerate its growth.

For 4 years, my team and I were responsible for developing "tailor-made" eCommerce projects with companies such as Nestlé, 3M, Philips, Reckitt Benckiser, Church & Dwight, among others.

Key achievements:

- Increase in monthly sales from €2,500 per month to €200,000 in 3 years (ibushak.com).

- > €150,000 invested in paid media with > 6 average ROI - Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

- Development and management of the Philips website from scratch to €75,000 monthly revenue. (Philips Mexico).
