At the group's headquarters, I was in charge of a portfolio of hotel establishments and ensured the administrative, accounting, and financial monitoring of their activities.

As such, my main responsibilities included:

- Preferred point of contact for hotel directors for daily monitoring of their establishment's management.

- Control, correction, and validation of monthly financial dashboards before their presentation to various stakeholders.

- Monitoring the accounting of establishments, identifying and correcting anomalies, ensuring the reliability of accounting data.

- Managing supplier payments and processing adjustments in case of errors or discrepancies.

- Monitoring and managing the department's inbox to respond to requests from establishment directors, suppliers, and other contacts.

- Participation in monitoring current administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

- Collaboration with various headquarters departments to ensure the smooth administrative and financial operation of the establishments.
