Several missions during this period:

• Support for the development of biodegradable waste management projects: composting platform, first methanation units in Reunion Island, or other more innovative processes. Excellent knowledge of project financing mechanisms.

• Awareness-raising and training for the public and private sectors on reducing food waste and valorizing biodegradable waste. Individual or collective solutions.

• Creation of the first methanation training program in Reunion Island: project development, island constraints, maintenance, etc.

• Drafting of the first guide for biodegradable waste management in Reunion Island: comparison of solutions, collection from companies on the territory that have already implemented solutions, regulatory aspects.

The missions were as follows:

• Creation of a carbon diagnostic tool for the Group's sites: from oil and gas extraction to fuel distribution. Consulting at several stages: energy efficiency, renewable energies, mobility, and offices.

• Creation of a PowerBI dashboard for monitoring Total's decarbonization projects: renewable energies (solar, wind...), CCS, nature-based solutions (reforestation), carbon neutrality projects, hydrogen, etc. Real-time updated database.

• As part of my second Master's at Mines Paris, writing a professional thesis on carbon strategy in the energy sector companies.

• Drafting of the internal Energy Efficiency Guide: covering the entire production chain as well as fuel distribution.

• Monitoring of the company's environmental data georeferencing project with the aim of refining the company's knowledge of studies already conducted or commissioned by Total worldwide.

• Organization of JME 2020 (World Environment Day): 3 webinars organized in English in the context of COVID to raise internal awareness on best practices.
