My main missions include analyzing recruitment needs, managing sourcing campaigns, developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, coordinating selection processes, supporting managers in their recruitment efforts, and monitoring the department's performance indicators.

I also focus on the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, strengthening the employer brand, and developing partnerships with educational institutions and employment market stakeholders.
