About ten years across aerospace (aircraft & rotorcraft), space, railway, and ATM for civil & defence programs.

Engineer turned into project and business roles, working top-down with executives and bottom-up with engineering/production teams. I set up PMO/processes, stabilise multi-site projects, and close with clear handovers.

Running my own company gave me a practical view of contracts, pricing and cash, not just method.
