Within the transversal Workflows team (1 team lead, 1 PO, 1 tech lead, 4 devs, 1 QA), manage the redesign, improvement, and migration of the legacy authentication system to Keycloak.

Achievements:

‣ Agile Facilitation: Active participation and facilitation of agile ceremonies, promoting team efficiency and collaboration.

‣ Secure Authentication: Deployment of a Keycloak authentication server in a microservices architecture, migration and improvement of existing authentication processes to Keycloak with creation of custom authentication flows (SAML & OIDC) and multi-realm management.

‣ Security Enhancement: Implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP, TOTP (sms, mail, app), and integration with various authentication providers (Google Workspace, Pro Santé Connect, Gitlab). Application of ANS recommendations for password security and anti-brute force mechanisms.

‣ Advanced User Management: User account migration, session and token management, introspection, impersonation, and role management.

‣ Customization: Customization of Keycloak themes for a consistent and integrated user experience.

Within the Catalogue team (1 team lead, 2 PO, 2 tech leads, 5 devs, 3 QA), in a microservices architecture, expose repository management APIs to consumers.

Achievements:

‣ Centralized Photo Repository: Creation of a centralized solution for the Monoprix courses photo repository with Cloudflare. Development of a dedicated API for data consultation and optimization of visual asset management.

‣ Product Repository Integration: Realization of interoperability between the Monoprix courses catalog and the UberEats and Deliveroo delivery platforms by using their respective APIs, thus facilitating fluid and efficient data exchange for better visibility and availability of our products on these platforms.

‣ Microservices Maintenance: Taking charge of the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of microservices, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with changing business needs.

‣ Development and Quality Assurance: Involvement in full development cycles, including code review, deployments, and continuous integration (CI), thus ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables.

‣ Unit Tests: Design and implementation of unit tests, mainly with Jest, to validate the reliability and robustness of the produced code.

‣ Technical Debt Management: Continuous improvement of the codebase, implementation of workshops/masterclasses between developers.

‣ Agile Methodology: Active participation in ceremonies, adoption and promotion of agile principles.

For pharmaceutical laboratories, enable alerting the ANSM (National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety) on stock-outs of major therapeutic interest medicines. Nationally, enable anticipation of drug shortages for a vaccine or medication. The challenge is to provide a transverse vision for different laboratories.
