Main missions:

- Complete management of IT projects: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Analysis of business needs and drafting of functional and technical specifications.

- Coordination of internal and external teams (IT, business units, service providers).

- Ensuring compliance with the cost-quality-time triangle and implementing monitoring KPIs.

- Participation in the definition and evolution of the IT strategy in conjunction with management.

- Contribution to IS architecture, redesign, and optimization of business processes.

- Management of ERP, CRM, and BI projects (QlikView, Business Objects).

- Management of Application Maintenance in Operational Condition (AMOC): monitoring anomalies, prioritization, deployment validation.

- Change management and end-user training.

- Management of project communication (release notes, user guides, training materials).

- Participation in the digitalization of business tools and the integration of new application solutions.

- Compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.
