Safran Aircraft Engines is implementing an ambitious industrial development strategy, with the goal of developing new production systems. As a MOA project manager, I coordinate the redevelopment and expansion projects of its industrial facilities to improve the efficiency of aircraft engine production lines and integrate cutting-edge technological solutions. Projects: BtoB Project:

• Redevelopment of industrial premises to integrate several test benches dedicated to quality control and optimization of aircraft engines. (€1.5M) APA1, 2 & 3 Project:

• Installation of air handling networks and structural reinforcement of a building for the installation of 9 oil skimmers, intended to remove oil particles present in the compressed air and gases emitted by engines during bench tests. (€2M) RIE Project:

• Monitoring of the compliance of air handling installations and interior redevelopment of the cafeteria for Safran personnel. (€300k)

Description

As part of Chanel's expansion, massive recruitment and premises redevelopment are necessary to ensure the comfort of employees and visitors. These works also aim to optimize production processes to increase turnover and improve the well-being of Chanel employees. REMODELING Project:

• Redevelopment and relocation of production islands to optimize manufacturing processes. (15% savings on manufacturing times). (Cost of works: €4.5M). MIKADO Project:

• Relocation of a finished product production island to a new building allocated to Chanel due to a lack of storage space.

• Creation of a mezzanine (€300k).

• Installation of a Chanel private sales store (€80k).

• Development of a break room for Chanel employees and visitors (€110k).

Description

FedEx Corporation is an American company and airline specializing in international freight transport, based in Memphis, Tennessee. The increase in the number of employees leads to an increase in infrastructure as well as building redevelopment works. The projects I am working on are the following:

• Creation of an outdoor parking lot for light vehicles €400k

• Redevelopment of industrial premises for the installation of inspection and screening stations to optimize flows at customs checkpoints. €600k

• Expansion works for FedEx premises access €3.5M

• Creation and development of a line pilot space (2500m2) €3.0M

• Creation of automated container storage space. €3.2M.
