Following a ransomware attack in a production environment (+200 users / 50 servers), I was mobilized to secure, modernize, and migrate the client's infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Objectives: restore operations, harden the security posture, and lay robust cloud foundations for the future.

Cybersecurity: post-incident audit, refactoring of firewall rules (Fortinet, SonicWall), centralized monitoring (SolarWinds, Wallix), endpoint security (SentinelOne, Defender, Intune), identity centralization (Entra ID, MFA, PIM), and strengthening GDPR compliance (logging, segmentation, MFA).

Systems & Networks: Operations and maintenance of 50+ servers (Linux, Windows Server), deployment of DRP/BCP with VMware SRM, Veeam backup management, SSL/TLS hardening (OpenSSL), automation via Ansible, monitoring and ticketing via ServiceNow.

Azure Cloud: complete migration of on-premise Hyper-V servers to Azure (Azure Migrate), deployment of a 100% cloud environment, secure network segmentation, B2B/B2C identity management, conditional access policies, reporting via Compliance Manager and Azure Monitor.
