At Afric Light, I actively participated in the design, calculation, and dimensioning of public lighting poles and pylons, ensuring their compliance with safety and performance standards. I was also involved in bending tests, an essential process to guarantee their strength and reliability in real-world conditions.

This experience allowed me to acquire in-depth technical expertise, strengthening my skills in structural analysis and prototype validation to ensure the durability of structures.

As a freelance mechanical designer, I worked on various projects for industries such as automotive, medical, agriculture, aerospace, optics, and electronics. Using tools like Catia V5, ANSYS, and SolidWorks, I designed and modeled innovative solutions, combining performance and functionality.

This experience allowed me to collaborate with partners from over 22 countries, including Morocco, France, Canada, the United States, India, Israel, and Belgium, strengthening my ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client and to provide tailor-made solutions on an international scale for real projects in automotive, aerospace, medical, agriculture, and industry.

PFE Internship – Implementation of the LEAN approach in mechanical maintenance department management

This end-of-studies project focused on optimizing maintenance processes through LEAN methods. I carried out designs and drawings using SolidWorks, applied 5S, Pareto, and ABC tools to improve organization, intervention prioritization, and the overall performance of the department.
