    > Resolving Anomalies/BUGS: Handling L3 'BUG' tickets, debugging clients, creating detailed User Stories for long-term resolutions, etc.

    > Contributing to Production Deployments (MEP): Preparation, Validation, and Post-Deployment Support (monitoring Quality of Service, A/B testing...).
