SAP S/4HANA transformation program post-merger aimed at converging a heterogeneous ERP landscape: existing S/4HANA foundation, ECC, and local ERP scopes, towards a common Core Model, across multiple business areas, entities, and countries. Responsible for the program's integration architecture and the Basware × SAP S/4HANA e-invoicing solution.

Key Contributions:

• Architecture and delivery management of 27 SAP interfaces covering invoice capture, validation, and accounting: 3-month scoping, 9-month delivery and testing, €1.5 billion in flows processed

• Design of key solution components: Validation Matrix, interface orchestrator, and automated deployment application

• Definition of the API-First and Event-Driven integration architecture between SAP, middleware, and the application ecosystem

• Breakdown of the architecture by SAP business object: API, integration patterns, consuming applications, and Fiori where applicable

• Analysis of SAP data structures: tables, fields, dependencies, to secure mappings and API design

• Leadership of functional consultants, SAP developers, and integration teams: need qualification, scoping, design decisions, and alignment between functional vision and technical constraints

• Governance of an API marketplace and prioritization of standard SAP capabilities: APIs, CDS Views, Business Events — within a Clean Core logic

Context: Allianz's Information System contains several legacy components: OS (Red Hat 6, Windows Server 2012), Apache Tomcat, applications, database versions, etc. The objective is to establish and follow a roadmap for an iso-functional technical migration.
