Monitored regulations: compliance with BACS Decree / BMS classes.

Designed and implemented BMS solutions (programming, control, advanced regulation, TREND/WIT/ISMA/Schneider automaton modernization). Deployed short-ROI action plans and supervised work, configurations, and functional sequences. Coordinated client-side/design-side/integrator teams and provided technical validation of solutions. Supported key accounts: consulting, steering meetings, and strategic recommendations. Wrote technical specifications/proposals and won a national tender for 216 sites, including technical and financial solution design. Ensured BMS compliance (BACS Decree, Class A) and prepared associated documents.
