About Xavier

Hello,

I have been an agile coach since 2008, certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Professional by the Scrum Alliance, certified PSM II, SPS (Scaled Scrum), PAL (Agile Leadership) and PSPO by Scrum.org (founded by Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum) and certified ICP - ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional) Agile Coach Certified) by ICAgile (International Consortium for Agile).

I undertake training and coaching missions to help organizations on their journey to an Agile way of working.

I work with large corporations, start-ups, software publishers, and innovative SMEs/SMIs.

My clients appreciate my ability to listen and take their context into account, and my ability to help teams develop inspiring trajectories, thus avoiding any resistance.
My clients also appreciate my ability to offer very pragmatic types of interventions based on the facilitation of large groups (Open Forums, World Cafés, etc.), "serious games" workshops such as Gamestorming or Innovation Games®.
I also draw inspiration from Agile approaches such as Nexus, Scrum@Scale, EnterpriseScrum, or even Spotify (Squads, Chapters, ...) to help organizations scale.

I have several times helped multiple teams become authentically "Agile". By amplifying the richness of exchanges within and between teams, leading to the removal of the most significant obstacles and meeting the strongest needs, delivery times have been effectively reduced by 3 to 4 times (moving from a 12-month estimate with a traditional approach to 3 or 4 months in Agile mode) with a high level of quality compared to other developments within the same organization, exceeding customer expectations, and high team member satisfaction. This occurred significantly at Amadeus, Divalto, Enedis, Kering, and Crédit Agricole recently.
