Xavier Monot

My name is Xavier Monot, an independent graphic designer based in Paris.

My background is a blend of rigor, freedom, and curiosity. After a childhood spent between Africa, South America, and Polynesia, I chose to join the army at 18, within the 27th Alpine Division. This intense experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for commitment, precision, and autonomy.

In 1990, I took a new turn by pursuing artistic training at the Municipal School of Arts and Techniques of the City of Paris. Graphic design quickly became my field of expression. I first launched a furniture agency in Vietnam, then worked in various Parisian agencies before becoming freelance in 1999.

For over twenty years, I have been involved in various fields: packaging, fine book publishing, branding, digital, luxury, 360° communication, adapting to environments that are as demanding as they are stimulating. I notably participated in the establishment of the Crépuscule agency in Singapore and today I support the communication strategy of a German medical company.

What guides me: a keen sense of detail, a human approach to design, and great loyalty to my values – honesty, simplicity, quality.

I am passionate about photography, the sea, travel, nature, and mountains, all sources of inspiration that I cultivate to nourish my practice.
