I am Xavier KERJEAN, founder of XK Conseil, with 24 years of experience in various sectors: defense, industry, services, higher education, and research. I have led several initial ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 certification projects, all crowned with remarkable results (no non-conformities during initial certification audits). I also work on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as process optimization initiatives through Lean Six Sigma.
