Technical Development and Multitasking Manager (TRL1 > TRL3).

Responsibilities:

- Teamwork (3 people). Plan the project in GANTT according to key milestones.

- Co-build the 3 and 5-year business plan as well as the Business Canvas.

- Liaise with research centers, investors, and startup advisors.

- Coordinate R&D and project aspects, aiming to reach TRL2.

- Co-author the Functional Specifications, functional analysis, and SADT with a robotics engineer.

- Implement technological watch, capitalize, and formalize the state of the art.

- Design the skeleton and adaptive model in 3D.

Participate in creative projects, as a team, in the retail sector. From the upstream development phase through strategy, project ideation to the final phase, creation/execution and presentation to clients. The objective is to focus on the end-user experience to offer a global and immersive experience while respecting the client's space, safety, and budget constraints within the installation environment.

Responsibilities:

- Inspiration research (image banks, Pinterest, Instagram)

- Moodboard creation (Canva, Adobe Illustrator)

- 3D design of interior and exterior galleries (SketchUp)

- Dimension scaling

- Integrate, duplicate, resize objects

- Clean up 2D model for a call for projects (AutoCAD)

- Photo retouching for initial project drafts (Adobe Photoshop)

In partnership with APF Handicap, Ecole Polytechnique, HEC Paris, and Strate Ecole de Design (team of 6 people), following feedback from young children and adolescents, a multitude of topics related to their daily disabilities were proposed.

Problem: How to adapt existing brushing solutions for people with disabilities to make them autonomous?

Through a design approach, several solutions were imagined and invented. Thanks to the availability of Polytechnique and the possibility of prototyping, this allowed us to arrive at concepts and for each to demonstrate the functionality, dimensions, and other features. Field research was essential to get user feedback to test and consolidate our prototypes. This project allowed everyone, with different backgrounds, to contribute to common solutions.

The 3 toothbrush prototypes presented at the final presentation were the culmination of 3 months of work, creativity, reflection, and above all, empathy, putting ourselves in the shoes of the end-user. Proud and praised by the jury and all attendees, it is with pride that we presented our different prototypes.

This is a project that was close to all our hearts and that we will continue, hopefully leading to final product manufacturing.
