At LeveL-21, I co-founded and structured the company’s international expansion, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia and the Middle East. I was responsible for transforming an innovative wastewater aeration technology into a scalable international business model.

Starting from scratch, I built and formalized a distributor and agent network across 13 countries, defining clear selection criteria, commission structures, contractual frameworks, and performance governance. I negotiated multiple distribution agreements and structured four private-label partnerships, enabling accelerated market penetration under controlled commercial conditions.

A key strategic milestone was the establishment of LeveL-21 Asian, including the setup of an official office in Malaysia and the negotiation of a cooperation agreement with a Malaysian production facility. This allowed partial localization of production, cost optimization, and improved delivery lead times for the ASEAN region.
