As a Lean-Agile & Agile@Scale Coach (SAFe SPC 6), I support IT management in adopting and integrating agility within their teams, ensuring sponsors understand the true stakes of Agile and Lean.
As an Agile practitioner (XP coder, Scrum Master, PO), I lead, train, and assist teams in agile engineering, product management, and organizational principles and practices.
I am also a professional coach, certified Coach & Team in 2018 (CT54 cohort), certified in Systemic & Neuroscience in 2020, and have been supervised since in a systemic approach. My expertise in individual coaching, team building, and organizational coaching allows me to intervene gently yet effectively with executive committees, middle management, and operational teams at all levels.
In 2023, I also launched a peer intervision group to regularly discuss the questions and difficulties encountered in my client work with experienced practitioners in scaled agile organizational transformation.
