Xavier Dubois

Responsible for supervising the accounting and administrative activities of the LAVIOSA Group in France.

Organization and management of the accounting, management, financial, and sales administration departments.

Ensures internal monthly reporting and Group reporting in French and IFRS standards.

Establishes budgets and their periodic quarterly revisions, and contributes to management control.

Prepares annual accounts, and liaises with statutory auditors, chartered accountants, and lawyers.

Organizes all tax and legal work and studies: general meetings, board meetings, company formations, recapitalization operations, mergers, restructuring, turnarounds.

Supports operational and strategic projects: external growth, restructuring, company formation.

Follows legal dispute cases in business law, labor law.

Manages banking and other financial institution relationships: structures short and medium-term company financing (long production cycle, prototype launches, R&D financing, pre-financing).

Cash management: implementation and monitoring of cash flow plans and working capital management: seeks improvements through various processes (customers, suppliers, inventory).

Defines administrative, accounting, financial, and management procedures. Ensures compliance with standards and obligations.

Organizes and monitors compliance with social obligations (declarations, profit-sharing, incentive schemes, social policy, social organizations) in conjunction with HR departments.

Participates in the management of general services.

Prepares monthly Group Reporting (under IFRS standards).

Establishes budgets and their periodic quarterly revisions (Forecast).
