• Context

As a PMO and Project Manager at Noveane, I had the opportunity to work on diverse and strategic projects, both for external clients and internal initiatives. My role involved close collaboration with the Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Vieillesse (CNAV), where I supported the steering of complex projects. Concurrently, I actively participated in research and development (R&D) activities within the company, aiming to improve project management practices and develop new service offerings. I was also involved in pre-sales activities, including responding to tenders for new projects.

• Internal R&D Projects on Steering Practices Evolution: I led a research project to explore and document the evolution of steering practices within various organizations, aiming to identify emerging trends and best practices. Transition from R&D to Service: I proposed transforming our research into an audit service for IT Departments (DSI), offering in-depth assessment of steering practices and recommendations for improvement.

• Pre-Sales Tender Response: participation in tenders, highlighting our expertise and customized solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

• Results

Improvement of Steering Practices: We developed a steering practices assessment framework that was well-received by several IT departments, paving the way for new partnerships and projects. Development of Service Offering: The transformation of our research project into an audit service allowed Noveane to expand its service portfolio, offering clients added value through continuous improvement of their project management practices.

Context Within the IT department, specializing in software development, I took on the responsibility of leading techno-functional projects, enhanced by a PMO dimension focused on reporting and coordination. My mission extended beyond project execution, encompassing essential strategic support for the success of IT initiatives, aligned with the company's overall objectives. Missions

• Planning and Macro-Analysis: Development of the Project Management Plan (PMP), drafting of specifications, and management of key parameters (cost, time, deadlines) in compliance with GDPR standards.

• Committee Structure and Governance: Establishment and monitoring of the project governance structure, including the management of project committees (Coproj).

• Budget and Planning Management: Responsibility for the budget and workload planning using the PPM Orchestra tool for precise tracking.

• Project Monitoring: Management of critical phases, including methodological workshops and project committees, for adaptive monitoring.

• Risk Management and Arbitration: Application of a structured approach based on SWOT analysis for decision-making.

• Reporting: Creation of flash reports via Orchestra for operational and strategic insights.
