Execution of a Transport Tenders Plan. Execution of Tenders for Upstream Transport (Collections) and Downstream Transport with sourcing security through multi-sourcing development: savings of approximately €3.5 million on a budget of €65 million. Resourcing for regions with struggling regular routes, implementing dedicated solutions versus current chartering solutions. Direct negotiations with the top 30 transport companies regarding the application of annual salary negotiations with certain cost avoidances achieved. Redefinition of a diesel tax application index to standardize taxation and simplify invoice control.

Construction of a building (R+8) of 20,000 m2 under a turnkey contract – Building delivery scheduled for June 2023. • Implementation of various internal Working Groups (CEO - HRD - ITD - Communication Department - Purchasing Department - General Services Department) with Macro-zoning by Department. • Monitoring / Progress of works within the framework of the turnkey decision-making schedule. • Coordination of various stakeholders: Builder, Project Management Assistance, Technical Design Office, Space Planner, Safety Officer, Acoustic Design Office, Structural Design Office. • Preparation of Tenant Works Tender Documents with upstream participation in the preparation of specifications for various lots (HVAC / Electrical / Telecom / Interior Design / Catering / Access Control / VRV, etc…). • Participation in the internal communication plan: Summary presentations to the Steering Committee and various Staff Representative Bodies. • Definition and implementation of management tools: Budget monitoring, Thematic monitoring table, Operations schedule, creation and tracking of shuttle forms with the Builder, amendments and validation of technical files.

Portfolio €10 million/year, i.e., €20 million for 2 years. Transport for Purchases / Sales / Overseas / Outsourced Logistics. • Execution of various Tenders (express: 800,000 shipments per year / pallet transport / Overseas mainly from China and Logistics). • Optimization of the transport provider panel by market segment. • Implementation of Group contracts. • Reorganization of Purchasing families management by implementing group-level management and facilitating a Working Group. • General Redefinition of Outsourced Logistics by redefining the Business Model. • Savings achieved: €1.2 million/year.
