I design and develop digital projects from start to finish, collaborating with companies to transform ideas into functional and visually appealing products. I support the entire process, from research and user experience definition to interface design and technical implementation. My approach combines strategy, user-centered design, and agile development to deliver tailored solutions that generate real value.

As a Senior Product Designer at CaixaBank Tech, I lead the design of the Financial Terminal (TF), a key tool used daily by managers in offices across the entire network. My goal is to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and provide a more intuitive and accessible experience for professionals working with the product. My main contributions include:

• Complete redesign of the Financial Terminal: I am working on the transition from a legacy application to a new web app, rethinking the experience from scratch to adapt it to the new needs of managers and ensure its scalability.

• Continuous validation with real users: I conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, heatmaps, usage analytics, A/B tests) to ensure design decisions are based on real behavior and business needs.

• Cross-functional collaboration: I work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and internal bank teams to align business objectives with a coherent and usable experience.

• Design culture in complex environments: I promote a user-centered vision in a highly complex corporate environment, where multiple teams work on the same product.

Lecturer for the accessibility module applied to design systems, within the digital design program. I teach content focused on creating accessible design systems, covering everything from defining tokens (colors, typography, spacing) to designing interactive components that comply with accessibility standards (WCAG). I guide students in developing best practices for designing inclusive digital products from the ground up.
